Returns Process: Our returns process is based on the delivery day, not the purchase day. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product(s). To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@blahnd.com to receive a Returns Authorization Number (RAN). Once you have the RAN, please include it in your return package. Please note that you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. If you would like a shipping label generated for you, please let us know when you request your RAN. If a paid shipping label is provided, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund amount. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Circumstances for Returns: To cancel an order: If you would like to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we can cancel the order and issue a full refund. However, if the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our Returns Process. Please note that you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Damaged on arrival: If your product arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery with your original order number and a photo of the damaged item(s). We will arrange for the item to be picked up and returned to us for inspection (at no cost to you). Once we confirm the damage, we will issue a full refund or replacement. Faulty manufacturing or broken after use: If your product is faulty or breaks after use, please contact our customer service team within 90 days of delivery. Our products are covered by a 90-day warranty, which means we will repair or replace the item free of charge. If the product is defective or arrived damaged on arrival, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Change of mind: If you change your mind about a product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs and that the item must be returned in its original condition. Wrong product: If you receive the wrong product, please email our customer service team at info@blahnd.com with your original order number and a photo of the incorrect item(s) within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the item to be picked up and returned to us. Once we confirm the error, we will issue a full refund or replacement. Products never arrived: If your products never arrived, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue with our shipping partners and determine the best course of action. If necessary, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement item(s) at no additional cost to you.
